good hotel, newly built so new & tidy rooms, staff was lovely and they also serve food till 10PM. they stored my luggage till my flight. hotel is right next to a bus stop so if you're alone you can take a bus from the airport to the hotel till 8 PM. The vibe was fantastic inside the hotel with a lovely sitting area downstairs with a bar/food. did not utilise the gym but looked good too.

Outstanding people that took care of us and other co-travellers when Ryanair cancelled our flight. They provided us with good words, encouragement and a night to remember when strangers spend a night by the bar like old friends. You could spend all night at great stuff, good beer, and an amazing lobby. On top of that high standard rooms with comfy beds.

The hotel is located a good 5 minute drive away from Berlin Brandenburg Airport. The shuttle service can be arranged in advance and costs 12€ for the entire family (9€ for a couple). The driver was extremely nice and accommodating, same goes for staff at reception. Every guest receives a welcome drink at the 24/7 bar in the lobby (beer/wine/cocktail/water). The lobby is great to hang out, with a lounge area, reading area, fussball table and even drawing supplies for kids. 10/10 would stay here again!

If you need to stay near the airport, this is a great option. Really enjoyed my brief stay. Great common spaces too... And as a bonus it is only a 35 minute walk to the airport (with public transport option too).

It was just an overnight stay, but everything was just perfect. The location is just two stops from the airport, so you're there within minutes by public transport (the hotel shuttle is also available, for a fraction of a price of a taxi). The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The staff was kind and helped me with a special request and also with the bus schedule. This is not one of those old-school hotels - it's a brand new designer hotel with young and attentive staff and an interesting, cool concept that I loved! They even offered a welcome drink in the bar, which doubles as a gathering and breakfast space in the morning. There were plenty of choices at breakfast, too (however, cleaning the tables and repositioning items might have been a bit quicker). The room was beautiful, comfortable and so silent, which was a great asset for a light sleeper like me. The price for all this was half the price of a comparable airport hotel so I think I got the most of this stay :)

We were looking for a hotel close to the airport, and BER airport being new, it is quite isolated from the city. However, it was easy to walk through fields to the airport, it takes 1/2 hour in the fresh air, which was very nice. From the airport, we reached the centre of Berlin by train easily, it only takes 1/2 hour. The room was clean, comfy and our stay upon expectations
